Taste of the Nation celebrates 20 years in Phoenix with a gourmet extravaganza from some of the area's best restaurants. Enjoy an evening of fine food, wine, beer and signature cocktails, live entertainment and a silent and live auction. All proceeds benefit St. Mary’s Food Bank Alliance and the Association of Arizona Food Banks. Tickets are $150 per person, $300 VIP.

Learn about solar cooking, Permaculture, tour the DOS (Desert Open Space) Garden, ‘green’ projects to do at home, Xeriscape design, and more. Kids will enjoy performances of Charlotte’s Web and ‘Worm Drive’, the musical. Up-and-coming farmers of all ages will love the petting zoo, farm tours, a cornucopia of local foods and vendors, arts and crafts, a hay maze and ice cream from Udder Delights. Advance tickets available, $10 per family.

Features sumptuous hors d'oeuvres, fine wine and great jazz. ACI is once again hosting this popular fundraiser with jazz vocalists Margo Reed, Delphine Cortez and Blaise Lantana. A silent auction will feature a variety of items. Event tickets are $55 per person ($65 at the door, if available).

The Tastes of the Santa Cruz Valley Workshop brings together local food producers, restaurants, restaurant organizations, food co-ops, groceries, farmers markets, seed banks, conservation farms, food banks, related non-profits and the general public to plan the development of a local farm-to-chef network and a regional food brand, as well as educate the community about the rich history of heritage foods in the Santa Cruz Valley. $25 for workshop, advance registration required. Exhibit is free and open to the public.
